Amano: Rev. 1 Order Submitted, Packaging Designed, Prototype 2 Sound Test

The second Amano prototype arrived, with matching smoke polycarbonate wrist wrest and plate I designed. After building it and using it for a couple weeks, I recorded a sound test. It's available here:

I am quite satisfied with the design as is, so I have placed a Rev. 1 production order. There are a couple minor changes to case in Rev 1 from prototype 2:

  1. Removal of the small pinholes for LEDs. They are unnecessary with translucent PC material, and detract from cleanliness of top case design.
  2. Added a small cutout logo in the bottom right of plate.
